We have an experienced industry focused corporate finance team specialising in the middle markets and working cross border. The Corporate Group comprises 11 partners.
The Group works with owner managers, AIM listed companies, smaller fully quoted companies and the divisions of major multi-nationals. Market sector expertise includes IT, property, retail, hotel and leisure, gaming, marketing services, media and publishing, green/clean tech and life sciences sectors. We have close relationships with a wide range of institutional contacts and intermediaries.
In addition to our middle market practice in the UK we work extensively on cross border transactions. We have strong overseas connections, particularly in North America, Europe, the Middle East and the Far East.
